The house has two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and terrace. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and living room. Outside the house is barely out, enclosed kitchen. In front of the house is a yard with sun loungers. Next to the house is the swimming pool that is shared with two apartments. The house is situated 3 kilometers from Fažana, a small fishing village, and from Pula 4 kiilometra.
