The view of the sea and the city of Heraklion from every room is unparalleled. The air-conditioned villa includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge area with an excellent view from the massive glass window. It offers a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, outdoor covered areas (terrace with barbeque, outdoor dining area), lounge area by the pool, all with a stunning view. There is also a private parking area. The owners live below the villa in a separate house . You’ll have the opportunity to rest or walk along paths surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees covering an area of 5,500 m2. Villa EVAKRI invites you to enjoy the sun, the mornings and the evenings full of colors and sensations. The villa is 4 minutes away from the beach and harbor of Pantanassa and 6 minutes away from the beach of Palaiokastro. A combination of mountain and sea, a walk in the Cretan nature. It is 2 km away from the picturesque village Rodia and many local taverns. It is 6 km away from the tourist area of Ammoudara, where there are large hotels and various facilities (water sports, spa, organized beaches, entertainment and cultural venues, large supermarkets, etc.). The villa is located in a safe area with permanent residents. The best choice for rest and relaxation. The ideal place for family and friends. If you wake up early, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Villa Evakri is located on the mountain far away from bus or taxi stops. For your comfortable stay, renting a car is necessary, especially if you wish to explore the surrounding areas, villages or do several tours.
