'The Roost' is a beautiful oak framed annex to Butler Cottage where the host lives. It is totally self contained and is situated in the heart of the local AONB area. Guests can use the wonderful decking and lawned area where you can enjoy your morning coffee with stunning views of the fields and country side beyond. Your hideaway has a luxury kingsize bed with lovely linen and feather pillows and a very well appointed shower room with a toilet, walk in shower and hand basin. To make your stay complete and to ensure a relaxing time, the Roost has a wall mounted smart TV, free fast Wi Fi, table and chairs, a small fridge with ice making facilities, tea, coffee, biscuit's etc and a microwave, and is equipped with all the usual accessories you would expect. The Roost has been described as a 'piece of heaven' by guests and is a place to come and totally escape and completely relax. I look forward to welcoming you on your stay. Free car parking is available adjacent to the property.
The Roost is located in the stunning local AONB and in a tiny hamlet near to Shaftesbury. If you want peace and tranquillity, country pubs and lovely walks then this area is ideal. There is easy access to many famous English Landmarks e.g. Stonehenge, Stourhead and Longleat, amongst others. The Jurassic Coastline as well as historic cities like Bath Spa and Salisbury are an easy drive away.
