Nice, spacious and clean room. Our host Cathryn was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is also good. You can spend the whole day with hiking in the lovely Brecon Beacon. It is also very convenient to have a day trip to Gower or Pembrokeshire.

Still operating as a post office. Unique operation as a guest house shop, post office and cafe in one building. The property was built in the 1900s and retains a lot of the original character. On the main road through Abercrave it is important to note we are part of the Post Office. The bed and breakfast part of the property is located to the right of the main shop door.
We moved to Abercrave nine years ago. Both of us have extensive experience in the hotel service industry. We like nothing more than feeling we have done everything possible to make sure our guests have a pleasant stay.
At the foot of the Brecon Beacons we are ideally situated for guests to take advantage of the beautiful walks with Swansea and the sea only a short drive away. We are also close to pentre riding stables with its opportunity to enjoy a day of horse riding. Just contact the stables directly. Dan Yr Ogof caves is only a few miles away. A great attraction with its dinosaurs to take the children. Feeling adventurous visit The Big Pit, a great experience in what used to be a working mine. Got a day to explore? Why not visit the Welsh Museum of Life. A fabulous day out for all the family.
