Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . An exceptional barn conversion located within Lawton Farm, it has been finished to a beautiful standard with all the luxuries you deserve. The thought and attention to detail is impeccable and truly makes this cottage a wonderful holiday home. The kitchen is an open plan social space with the sitting room, it is light, airy and acts as a great hub of the house, it offers all the appliances you should need. There is a dining table with chairs and benches to comfortably seat all guests, placed centrally in the room. The living room is a cosy space with high quality sofas and smart TV. The three comfortable bedrooms all have high quality mattresses, bedding and linen to ensure you wake up feeling well rested, two of the bedrooms are king size and the third is a single, all with Smart TVs. The rear door leads to the garden where there is a private lawned area and patio with furniture, this is a fantastic spot to enjoy your morning coffee while you plan your exciting day ahead. The Cottage is located opposite the owner’s house, within the picturesque hamlet of Upper Midhope in the Peak Park, a short 15-minute walk from the property is a pub serving home-made meals and a café.
