    Brilliant place! Very well-equipped, with a lot of kitchenware for the oven and hob. Very quiet, and you can hear birds singing all day. The beach is also just 5-7 minutes away. Everything is clean, and both the bed and sofa are comfortable.

    We are 4 miles from Butlins. It is a 10 minute drive. The property can sleep 4 adults but the bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom.

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self-contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate with minimal traffic we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. If you don't mind falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach or waking up to the sound of the seagulls then The Annexe is perfect. Ideal for those that also enjoy the outside life with long walks along the beach or through the rural countryside, If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self-contained self-catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly. The property is a bright, modern space with it's own fully fitted kitchen and has a lounge area with TV that leads to the small private garden. The bedroom has a TV and plenty of wardrobe space and a modern fitted en-suite shower room with power shower. There is private parking for 2 cars on the driveway leading to The Annexe. Pagham Village Centre is a short walk and offers 4 Pubs offering great food menus plus a number of takeaways and local shopping including a Tesco & Co-Op.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Annexe and live on site in the bungalow next door. We are available either in person or by phone for any issues you may have during your stay and are happy to chat over what walks. amenities or attractions are in the local area to help you get the most out of your stay. If you would rather be left alone to enjoy the peace and quiet then that's great too! We have a friendly Jack Russell dog (Rocky) so can recommend local walks if you plan on bringing your dog.
The Annexe is situated on a private estate which has minimal traffic and is a 2 minute walk to the large and uncrowded beach at Pagham. At the end of the road there is a Beach Cafe, Fish and Chip Shop, Ice Cream Parlour and Amusement Arcade plus the local Co-Op. Along the parade there is also a Chinese Takeaway and local Newsagents and Pharmacy. Also within a few minutes walk is the Lagoon, Harbour and Pagham Nature Reserve where you can walk for miles through the beautiful countryside. Bognor Regis is 4 miles away and can be accessed by car or by walking all the way along the beach for those that are more adventurous! The historic town of Chichester is 6 miles away and is a lovely day out with Bars, Cafe's, Restaurants and Cathedral. Further afield is Goodwood Motor Circuit (7 miles) and Arundel Castle and Cathedral (15 miles). The renowned Beach at West Wittering is only 20 minutes by car.
