Copse House is the old village Police House, it sits in two acres of land, with its own paddock & stables. The property stands alone with no neighbours. We are privileged with the rolling countryside views. The Annexe was completed in 2020. The Annexe has self access and has its own entry door, drive and large garden space. The garden and paddock are total secure, dogs are permitted to run in both. There is a decking area with garden furniture and a BBQ (BBQ May to September.) One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. A fold up cot can also be provided on request. The Annexe has a fully equipped kitchen. The Bathroom has a rain fall walk in shower and double basin. A large SMART TV is wall mounted in the lounge with all SKY channels, Netflick etc. The annexe is also fitted with SONOS sound system in each room controlled by your phone. Completed to a high standand
Collette, My Wife and I with our daughter Poppy live in Copse House, the main house to the Annexe. I am semi retired after a thirty four year career in retail. We purchased Copse House in 2006 and totally renovated the main house and built stables.
Copse House is position in an area listed as 'an area of outstanding beauty' This varies form rural, woodland/forest, riverside, farmland, to coastal not too far away. All is within easy access to all local amenities and places to visit. A car is advised to fully enjoy the area in total.
