Llandudno is a Victorian seaside resort and offers an abundance of activities for all ages to enjoy. Situated in the conservation area of Church Walks, the guest house is a large double fronted Victorian building retaining it's original box sash windows overlooking the base of the Great Orme. We have plenty of space to relax in, two television lounges, a sunny conservatory bar with board games and a patio at the front to watch the world go by from. The hotel offers family, double, twin and single en-suite rooms, all with flat screen televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in our comfortable dining room over-looking the garden, and if you look closely at the fireplace you can get a peak at the quality of stone masonry used in the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and available in all areas. Group bookings are welcome, we have a large lock up for motorbikes and push bikes if needed, please contact us to discuss your requirements. * please note we are not currently operating the bar.

At the end of Church walks is North Shore beach, a seaside award winner that has a beautiful sweeping promenade and pier. Just around the corner takes you to the top of the high street for bars, restaurants and shops. The Great Orme is right on our doorstep and offers headland rambling paths where you can spot rare species of plants and wildlife and the famous wild Kashmir goats. Nearby, you can also take the Great Orme Tramway, Llandudno Cable Car or enjoy the picturesque Marine drive.
