Room was great, breakfast too and the building is beautiful. No Parking on site but to be expected considering the town was created in the 13th century. Public parking 2 mins walk away at reasonable price.

Thank you to all of the staff members who made this one of the most memorable trips we have had. We had our engagement evening there and you made us feel so welcomed and looked after. All staff went above and beyond in making our evening one to remember. Thank you for the experiencing.

Conwy is a lovely town with plenty of history and impressive local scenery. Obviously it can be congested and has narrow streets and limited parking but that is what you would expect. Nice meal at the Castle Hotel.

Conwy is a great place to stay.
Conwy is a great place to stay. It is situated just minutes from both beautiful beaches and fantastic mountains. There is, of course, the castle to visit, but there are also plenty of shops and places to eat and drink, and other places of interest.
I have come here since 2017 for the Conwy half marathon, which should be on the bucket list of every runner!

A sunny day helps to walk around the castle and across the old suspension bridge. Wonderful lunch in the Erskine pub and dinner in the Castle Hotel. Although we had a car, for our evening out you must book ahead and there are no taxis on a Saturday night unless you book an hour in advance!

The castle is the main attraction and is one of the finest in Wales. It affords a good view of the famous Telford suspension bridge and the town walls, on which one can walk. The "smallest house" is interesting and the quay and estuary are very scenic. We did not have time to take a boat trip, which is available. Conwy is an historic and very charming town, with plenty of parking. Its proximity to the renowned Bodnant Gardens and to LLandudno make it a very good centre for a short break.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is very good for sight seeing - very close to Conwy castle and its famous suspension bridge. The room was quiet and comfortable. The pizza restaurant which the hotel is running on the ground floor was excellent and we even bought a takeaway the next day to eat dinner on the train home.
Beautiful old hotel full of antique furniture! (My husband used to be an auctioneer so loved it) each room was a little different features . We looked out on Conway castle !
