Property information

Peacock Cottage is a mid-terrace barn conversion located near the hamlet of Sparrowpit. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a second floor twin which can be a super king-size double on request. There is also a bathroom with a roll-top slipper bath and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, secure storage for four bikes and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Peacock Cottage really is the perfect base from which to discover all the Peak District has to offer. Note: Not suitable for children under 5.

Neighbourhood information

The lovely rolling countryside of the Peak District National Park is home to the small hamlet of Sparrowpit. The hamlet is made up of a number of pretty cottages, and also has a village hall. This region of the Peaks is distinctly rural, and as such makes a great base for walking, climbing, caving or simply relaxing. Visit Castleton Caves, Haddon Hall, Alton Towers or Chatsworth House, stopping on the way to explore the quaint villages and market towns of this lovely area.
