Company information

Hi guys, we look forward to meeting you when you come to our caravans. We offer a personal service and you are met on arrival and taken to your holiday home - unless you become a regular and know exactly where you are going when we could meet you anywhere. Many of our guests come back time and time again, and we have made some lovely friends. You will see us occasionally either eating in the restaurant, or possibly having a quick game of bingo in the complex or nearby pubs. All of the pubs round here have live entertainment - particularly during the high seasons. I prepare most of the advertising and deal with the money side of things - my husband Richard does maintenance and arranging cleaners. Occasionally we get to go on holiday and then we will leave you in the hands of our dear friends, and other owners on site - but we are always only a phone call away. To be honest we don’t go on holiday often because our life here is one long working holiday! There is no where we would rather be most of the time.

Property information

All these static caravans are situated on Seawick holiday park, which is a recently modernised holiday park. There is an entertainment complex with Krazy Krew to keep everyone busy and entertained, kids club, nightly cabarets, bingo, arcades bungee jumping, mini-golf, pottery, restaurant, launderette, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It is also close to the beach and pubs, restaurants, amusements, rides and twice-weekly market. The caravans are all modern, double-glazed and centrally-heated so are available all year round. Certain caravans welcome pets, but please check with us before you bring your pet with you. There is also a dog walking field and a football pitch on site. There is a shop on site, and others within easy walking distance. Cafes and chip shop also open in the immediate vicinity. Off-site there is also hair and beauty and sports massage available for private booking. You also have access to the two sister parks and all their amenities - swimming pools and new entertainment complex for 2023!

Neighbourhood information

There are some beautiful beaches nearby. The sea is about a ten minute walk from Seawick Holiday park. Once you get to the beach the best beaches are a short walk along the promenade, as we have been having work carried out recently on our sea defences. You will see miles of golden sands a very short walk to the left. If you walk to the right you will come across interesting wildlife areas and a naturist beach. Down at the seafront there is Sailor Boy pub and restaurant, a chip shop and another cafe/restaurant, amusements, rides and live entertainment through the holiday seasons. The nearby village has pubs, restaurants, shops, chemist, doctors surgery, etc. Clacton-On-Sea, with its famous pier is about 10 minutes drive away. The pier has been subject to a post-lockdown facelift and now has many hair-raising rides for the braver holiday-makers. Clacton-on-Sea is a busy shopping town with a Shopping village on the outskirts, with shops such as Marks and Spencer, and many designer outlets. Clacton-on-sea also has an air field, and why not visit Hasty’s farm for an inexpensive day out for all the family. In the other direction you will find Brightlingsea - which is a Marina town and along the promenade their is a boating pool, outdoor swimming pool, and the shallow areas are ideal for crabbing. If you go along the coast to Harwich you can take a boat trip along the coast to many other seaside towns.
