Please read the full description before booking to avoid any confusion or drop me a message. Centrally located semi detached house. Renovated to a modern finish apart from the kitchen and garden half done. All amenities available and just a 5min drive to the coast and North Shields fish quay. 15min from Newcastle city centre. Sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with the addition of a sofa bed available for 6 guests.(please advise on guests over 4 as charges apply) 5m bifold doors opening onto a large decking area with seating and a gas BBQ. The living room is loaded with netflix, prime and others onto a firestick. There is board games under the sofa storage. Guests access through a lockbox at the entrance. The 3rd bedroom, shed and garage will be locked off to guests, apart from that you will have access to everywhere else. There is a washer you can use but if you need to use the dryer you will need to contact me for access to the garage, where the dryer is located.
I’ll be available to call as much as practicably possible during your stay and advise with any help you may need to make your stay more comfortable.
The drive has 2 spaces for cars available with an additional 2 spaces on the road infront. The house is located in a nice secure area at the end of a street in a cul-de-sac with no passing cars or connecting paths. I have cameras at the front and back of the property with a ring doorbell.
