A modern seaside home in South Shields, Marsden Beach House is a relaxing retreat for up to four guests. Marsden Beach House has been recently refurbished to a high standard and boasts two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen-diner, a family bathroom and magnificent sea views. Suitable for friends, families and corporate stays, Marsden Beach House is the perfect place for a getaway by the sea. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Just a short stroll from Marsden Beach House is Marsden Bay and Marsden Rock. Here you can admire the spectacular views on offer and as the site is home to one of England's most important seabird colonies, you can expect to see thousands of pairs of kittiwakes, fulmars, gulls and cormorants. Above the bay is the The Leas, a two mile stretch of grassy land designated as a site of special scientific interest. It's is a great spot for walking, cycling and flying kites. If shopping is your thing, there are plenty of great deals to be had at South Shields Market. Enjoy browsing a variety of stalls in the friendly atmosphere at one of the oldest open-air markets in the North East. The market is held in a traditional square with the 18th-century old Town Hall at its heart.
