Perfectly located for a family or group getaway, our modern home is just 5-minutes from the sweeping golden beaches and attractions of Barry Island, and within walking distance of the bustling High Street which enjoys great food, drink, and boutique retail spaces. -- Free parking and a large garden with outdoor furniture. -- DOWNSTAIRS: Cosy living area with smart TV, large modern kitchen fully equipped for guest stays (inc dishwasher and fridge-freezer), conservatory with second dining area, utility room with washing machine, downstairs toilet and work desk. -- UPSTAIRS: Four bedrooms made up of a double, a single, and two twins. Modern bathroom with shower over bath.
