    Hi unfortunately booking. com has posted it before its ready.its going to be another 2 weeks so blocked off long sunny garden in front back yard

  • How far is the nearest sandy beach? and is all bedrooms upstairs? the steps look steep

    the stairs ARE steep - this is explained not suitable for elderley or small children bedrooms upstairs and bathroom with shower

    the beach is a 20 minute walk down hil restaurants/ cafes on the beach local pubs -but nicer pubs in conwy- 8 miles away
