AFFORDABLE LUXURY1 Newly refurbished two bedroom apartment ideally located for professionals, families and small goups visiting Sunderland. A short walk to Sunderland Royal Hospital, the new Crown Works film studios in Pallion and only a few hundred meters from Pallion metro station with easy connections to the rest of the north east. Only a fifteen minute walk or five minute drive to Sunderland city centre and an eight minute drive or forty five minute walk to the Stadium of Light.
