A brand new three bedroom penthouse apartment on the beautiful North Wales coast. Sleeping 5 with three bedrooms, one single, one double and one king. With one main bathroom and one en-suite. The kitchen/living area has a balcony with stunning views of the Anglesey coastline, Puffin island and the Great Orme. Covered parking for a single car and use of lift. With direct access to the A55 expressway the apartment is in the perfect location for exploring everything North Wales has to offer.
Penmaenmawr is a small seaside town. It has a small high street with various shops including a chemist, bakery, tea room, and a new local co-op store. It also has a beautiful beach with a children’s playground, cafe and gift shop.
