Take a break and unwind at this well appointed and peaceful oasis.
Married to Stephen, mother of three great grown up children. Passionate about property refurbishment, creatively recycling objects and furniture, thoroughly enjoying working in our vegetable garden and eating the produce. Keen cook, taking pleasure in preparing meals for family and friends.
Le Prieuré is situated at the intersection of the Orne, Manche and Mayenne departments each providing a wealth of activities and places to visit for all ages and preferences. These can be explored on the Office du Tourisme websites for each department, Orne, Manche and Mayenne. Just to name a few of our favourites : le Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, château de Fougères, château de Falaises, medieval town of Domfront, the landing beaches, zoo of Champrépus, zoo of Jurques, aligator bay, parc Michel-Ange, Villedieu-les-Poeles, Bagnole-de-l'Orne, sandy beaches around Jullouville, la fosse-au-loup, pedestrian and cycle tracks (voies vertes), Bayeux tapestry, Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouet market every Wednesdays and many more
