This air- conditioned willa is located in a closed housing estate with a beautiful green area and fantastic golf courses around ! Consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and wonderful terrace , balcony and patio. We provide full kitchen equipment, fresh towels and bedding, beach chairs and a travel cot for children. We also offer you an additional advantage in a parking space . We are at your disposal during your stay, so that each guest feels taken care of and at your disposal during your stay, so that each guest feels taken care of and satisfied.

If you want a carefree holiday in Spain - only at Roda Golf & Beach Resort! We invite you to our villa located in a closed, exclusive and guarded estate with exclusive apartments, villas, gym, bike rental, golf school, restaurant and a huge 18-hole golf course. Our villa is new, spacious, bright and comfortably furnished. At your disposal are three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, a heated swimming pool, a sunny terrace and an atmospheric recreation area. The house is located in a unique place, surrounded by fragrant orange plantations, within walking distance of shopping centers and many themed restaurants. There are also two marinas nearby with the possibility of renting yachts and water sports equipment. Mar Menor is known for its sandy beaches, miles of beautiful promenades and charming restaurants. Due to the shallowness of the reservoir, the water temperature is always ideal for swimming. For people who want to improve their health, there is the possibility of taking health and regenerative baths in the salty muds of Mar Menor. Not far away is the wonderful Cartagena with its amazing monuments. We invite you to our home.
