The holiday home 'Casa Maruchi - Apartamento' in Almería is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, fans as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Making noise is forbidden from midnight to 8 am. Seasonal vegetables are available to buy from the urban garden of a family friend. You can also get the craft beer “Los Filabres”, which was made by our nephew. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
