The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is ensuite and the other two share a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep one or two guests comfortably. The rooftop offers a panoramic sea view, You to admire the sea and the marina from every angle. and has a BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms have AC Important Notice: Before confirming your reservation, kindly read the following information. As per El Gouna Town Management regulations, you are required to send us clear scans or photos of your passports or Egyptian IDs (frontside and backside) upon booking. This is necessary to obtain the permit number needed for accessing El Gouna's security gates. Please be aware that entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna Management's approval. To avoid last-minute issues, please submit the required documents as soon as you book your stay.
