Breakfast is very good , I would like to thank Ishak a professional caliber working in Steigenberger El Gouna.
He handle guest complain in a very professional manner & he offered exceptional service .
Also there are 2 waiters called Ahmed from upper Egypt I think Aswan both of them are working in the main dinning room , one of them is covering room service both are offering amazing service. I know the oldest Ahmed before he always exceed guest expectations.
But I recommend that you pay attention to one waiter that he try to be too close to the guests as if is talking to classmates, this guy is slim & singing in inappropriate way , he is not aware that he is working in a 5 stars hotel. Chef Hassan & Chef Saber are excellent. Also dinner buffet is the best one among El Gouna 5 stars hotels
