The bavarian country house is perfectly located only about a 30 meters walk away from lake Tegernsee. In a quiet residential area of ​​Rottach-Egern, the house stands on a 1000 square meter garden property with a beautiful surrounding terrace. The newly renovated house is furnished to a high standard with a combination of Bavarian and modern elements. On a spacious 180sqm living area, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers enough space for 6 guests with all comfort.
I live in Rottach-Egern and love to travel the world. I used booking several times as a traveller. Now I am happy to offer this holiday home to you. During your stay you can also reach me on my mobile phone.
In Rottach-Egern and at the Tegernsee area, there are countless opportunities to fully enjoy your holiday. In a just 10 minutes’ walk directly along the lake you reach the center of Rottach-Egern. Here you can experience an inspiring atmosphere with art galleries, boutiques and top-quality restaurants. Sports enthusiasts hike in summer on the 1722-meter-high mountain Wallberg, go mountain biking or do all kind of water sports. In winter, there is a direct ski lift from Rottach-Egern to the Tegernsee - Spitzingsee ski area. In addition, there are many opportunities for cross-country skiing, sledding or relaxing winter walks. The Tegernsee valley is known for numerous traditional events such as the Waldfeste (large beer gardens in the forests) in summer and the Christmas markets in winter. If you are in the mood for a trip, cities like Munich and Salzburg are only a one hour's drive away.
