Sunny location on the outskirts of the village between Chiemsee and Waginger See. Comfortable ecologically built wooden house with three bedrooms, spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, own washing machine, TV, W-Lan and large wooden terrace with unobstructed view of the Chiemgau Alps. Demeter organic farm, children's vehicle park, playground for badminton, volleyball, football, trampoline and campfire with barbecue area. Enjoy your breakfast with fresh eggs from our chickens. We run an organic livestock farm. You will also find small animals on site, such as cats and rabbits, a fruit grove and a garden, as you would traditionally see with farmers or even monasteries. The bed linen and towels are included in the price. The parking spaces at the accommodation are.
At the demeter organic farm "Beim Eller" in Traunwalchen near Traunreut between Lake Chiemsee and Lake Wagingersee, children can play outside (many outdoor playgrounds) or lounge inside (free W-LAN), all with a magnificent view of the Bavarian Alps. We hope that you will be able to recharge your batteries in our ecological passive house, which was built from wood from the region. We also had the interior of the two holiday flats, each with 3 bedrooms, specially made by a carpenter from solid wood furniture. Each of the two two-storey flats is fully equipped, from the fork, kettle and oven to the washing machine. They each have their own terrace and barbecue facilities.
The area is also ideal for hiking and cycling tours, skiing or getting to know the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, the Chiemgau around Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg.
