Due to its size of 126m², the apartment is perfect for families and larger travel groups. The Location is perfect for relaxing Days at Lake Chiemsee and trips to the Bavarian Mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are in the middle of town where you can easily reach everything. There is a parking space available for you directly in front of the house, and a barrier-free entrance and elevator takes you comfortably to the apartment on the 1st floor. You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this Apartment. To ensure your sleep is first-class, cozy box-spring double beds with hotel-quality bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a version with an extra sleeping function was chosen fort he sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 8 people. Then relax in the cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 65-inch Smart-TV incl. NETFLIX and Internet-TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality. On the big balcony you can expect additional seating, deck chairs for relaxing and a Weber Grill for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. The Bathroom offers both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can relax after an eventful day. There is also a guest toilet in the apartment. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. You will also find a washer-dryer in the bathroom, so you can do your laundry conveniently on site.

The geographical Location between the "Bavarian Sea" and the Chiemgau Alps makes Bernau am Chiemsee the ideal starting point for all kinds of sports and leisure activities all year round. Explore the paths and peaks of the surrounding Mountains, stop off at the rustic alpine pastures, go on Bike Tours in the idyllic surroundings, move in and on the Water, zoom down to the Valley on a toboggan or ski, get your circulation going on the Cross-Country ski Trail in momentum - it's just hard for us to stay still.
