Discover your perfect retreat for the holidays - our cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment building offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With her spacious bedroom, equipped with a large, comfortable bed, she promises restful nights. The light-flooded living room is the ideal place to relax and get together. It has a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for cozy evenings. The adjacent balcony invites you to linger outside and offers a wonderful opportunity to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub for relaxing moments and also has a washing machine connection. A separate toilet provides additional comfort. For your security and privacy, all windows have external shutters and curtains. For bicycle lovers, we offer the opportunity to store bicycles safely in the bicycle cellar.

The residential area in 01156 Dresden-Gohlis impresses with its unique combination of urban living comfort and a way of life close to nature.
