Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The fully furnished apartment is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Lake Lugano, the University (USI), the Expo Centre and 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Supermarkets and restaurants are all located in the vicinity. The apartment offers a balcony with open views, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine.
