Enjoy your stay at our bright one-bedroom tastefully furnished basement centrally located in South Winnipeg to many restaurants, shopping, and banks ( Tim Hortons, Shell Gas station, Sobeys, RBC, Dollarama, Pizza Shops and others. Wonderful location to spend time with family, friends, or business, situated in the Bonavista area next to Island Lakes and Sage Creek. 10 mins drive to St.Vital Mall.
We are always excited to be your host, nothing excites us more than to make you as comfortable as possible.
