The accommodation is non-smoking. We love the location! Close to the theatres, concert hall and museum. Close enough to the hospital to make my appointment there. Enjoyed a theatre performance last night. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed, and clean! There are several excellent restaurants in the area, and Ashdown Market nearby to pick up a few groceries. This is a really uniquely designed place to stay, with vintage records and a record player, tv, and screen with projector. Dishwasher, stove, fridge, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Cute coffee bar. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for our two nights here in Winnipeg, and will likely return on other visits. Most of all, we loved that the place is pet friendly and allowed for a little reunion with my brother's and my small doggies. The proprietor was very helpful and available to answer any questions on WhatsApp, and very kindly allowed us a late afternoon checkout to accommodate us with our flights.

The apartment was very warm, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It was in a quiet residential area and was right beside the bus stop I needed. I could not have wished for anything more.

Place was very neat, well maintained and secure. Rooms were decent sized and owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner even provided bottled water and snacks for our stay.

Friendly manager, very accomodating. Room was tidy and well-stocked. Lots of info on things to do in Pinawa, and coupons for local food. Easy rental of watersports equipment and bikes. The separate bedroom was great for parents.
No 5 is a magnificent old house, and the current owners have made it beautiful, still authentic yet tastefully stylish and incredibly comfortable. I could have stayed for much longer, helped by the onsite laundry option after days on the road. Breakfast was a lovely continental breakfast with great company, the owners are a delight and I highly recommend staying here. There are self catering options and lovely opportunities to enjoy a drink on the back verandah enjoying the view over the river.
The location was ideal both in being able to walk to everything and also just being in the room the view of the river was beautiful. Get a riverview room on the 2nd or 3rd floor if possible, it's worth it! The free bike rentals also made for a fun day trip as Winnipeg is very flat and well-suited to cycling. The room was very large and clean, the big window in the bathroom was cool and the shower was large with a fun dual shower head.
The location was good for us as we were going to the football game. The staff were very helpful at checkin and even helped us with getting a ride to the game . We did not use any of the facilities as it was a very short stay so I cannot rate those

Apartment is in a very good location and with a great view. The building is made our of concrete so good sound isolation. It was clear inside the apartment. Very comfortable bed. The layout is really good. It would be amazing if there were no some issues (see below(
The apartment was very quiet and clean. It has all what you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. The manager was very friendly and attentive to our needs. If I come back to Winnipeg, I’ll book it again.
