Great location. Could have used more parking pointers as there seem to be a dozen different companies with different log-ins for parking in Winnipeg. Also, the green walls are much prettier than the picture!
Lots of nice extras in the kitchen, very well appointed and no less than 3 ways to make coffee! (such a relief for the no-keurig crew, there was a choice of French press or automatic drip.)
Great shower with all supplies at hand.

The location was good for us as we were going to the football game. The staff were very helpful at checkin and even helped us with getting a ride to the game . We did not use any of the facilities as it was a very short stay so I cannot rate those
This is a nice property if you are looking for a good value for money location, nothing too fancy, yet clean and cozy place and you don't mind staying in a basement apartment with a bit lack of natural light.
Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip! Great value compared to other options in the area. The building is secure which is a huge plus in downtown Winnipeg and the apartment was super cute and very clean! Parking being included was the cherry on top of a great stay.
An entire apartment with seperate kitchen, living room etc. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, even though it is an older house. Quiet side street, but still close to downtown.

Beautiful, Private Loft style condo! Max is an Exceptional Host! He went above and beyond to accommadate our requests. He even left a welcoming treat for kitty! Highly recommend this fabulous rental.! We will Definitely come back. We have had several airbnb experiences, this one is a favourite, #1.

The property was a fully contained nicely decorated studio apartment with comfy bed, large flat screen tele that had Netflix & Prime Video etc. The kitchen was also fully contained if you chose to cook meals. Good gym equipment & laundry facilities. Security on site every night. 2 outdoor smoking areas if needed and also an undercover secured parking spot. Down the street from this apartment on Smith Street was a Mexican restaurant & Browns Social on Portage Avenue.
