Вила Арт е самостоятелна вила, разположена на метри от брега на язовир Доспат и прекрасно място за настаняване на гости, ценители на панорамната гледка към язовира и града. Разполага с: - 1 двойна спалня със санитарен възел - 2 двойни спални, с разтегателен диван, просторна веранда и санитарен възел - Хол с разтегателен диван и напълно оборудвана кухня и санитарен възел Всяка от стаите е обзаведена със смарт телевизор, самостоятелен санитарен възел и 5G интернет Wi-Fi. На разположение на гостите има трапезария и изцяло оборудвана кухня. Гостите ни могат да се възползват от дигиталното меню на ресторант "Диамант". Можете да поръчате вкусна храна с опции за доставка до вилата или вземане на място от ресторанта. За всички, които почиват при нас има осигурен охраняем паркинг.
През вилата минават екопътека и велоалея. Районът е богат на природни и исторически забележителности. В близост се намират Ягодинската пещера, пещерата Дяволското гърло, Орлово око, Вълчи камък, Триградско ждрело, Лещен, Ковачевица и много други.
