The room is comfortable and clean, the location is excellent right in the center of town with attached gravel parking place. The staff was incognito, we did not get to see them only by phone. They proclaim that breakfast is included - breakfast is a joke. We have been travelling in Bulgaria for a few weeks and have not seen such a "breakfast" anywhere. All in all, what you pay is what you get.

The location is superb - in the very center of Devin.
The staff was very friendly, young and energetic. They fixed the 3-4 issues that we had in a matter of minutes.
The room was air conditioned, which was very important as the temperatures were in excess of 35 C (95 F).
The water in the room is from a mineral water source - the same that we buy from the store as bottled water. You can take a mineral water bath in your private bathroom! :-)

Child friendly eco path Struilica. I don’t recommend the waterfall for small children unless you want to carry them on your back 20 min up the hill and same down. We made that mistake and the parents and the children had to skip the beauty of the remaining path which they could have easily walked.
Nice swimming pool with hot mineral water at the beginning of the eco path.
We ate at Royal restaurant- the prices were good and food was tasty. Attitude of the waiters could be improved.

First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery.
First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery. Second, it's a perfect starting point for nature experiences - there are caves nearby including Devil's Throat Cave, in which is the highest subterranean waterfall on the Balkans and Yagodinska cave, which is 10 km long and is a home to 11 species of bats. Nearby is the Trigrad Gorge, which is a canyon with vertical marble rocks up to 400 m high. Pamporo ski resort is also not far away. The town is also a home to many mineral water springs, and a few km away there is a natural carbonated water spring.

GO to the Rodopa Mountain and you’ll fall in love with it!
GO to the Rodopa Mountain and you’ll fall in love with it! Devin is a perfect place (location-wise) to stay as a hub to visit all the places worth seeing. For a four-five day stay you can do short trips to almost all places on your “to do” list.
Great location with free parking, the apartment has two separate bedrooms and a kitchen with utilities for cooking, washing etc. The views are outstanding as you can see most of Devin from both balconies. We were called by Nikoli, a very pleasant young man who arranged keys for the apartment and parking.
The view was amazing, so are the rooms! The bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to go out.
The host is super friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the city centre, so you don't have to go with the car each time.
Room was spacious and with balcony, good vie to the town. Restaurant garden was lovely and very clean. Pool area was clean. Staff very polite and helpful.
