Set on the beachfront, The Palace Hotel is located in Sunny Day Resort, Saints Constantine and Helena. Private parking is possible on site.There are two unguarded parking zones available: the Green Zone (located in the second line of the resort) - free for hotel guests, and the Blue Zone (located in the first line of the resort) - available for an extra fee. Please note that parking spots cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability during your stay. Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on Friday
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
