This is nice big hotel with a good location. Yes, it is not a first line / not directly on the beach, but I can survive 3-4 minutes walking. On the beach, two sunbeds are free with a hotel card shown (but also third line only, first two lines of sunbeds are for extra money).
Another big advantage of the hotel is that it is located directly in front of medical SPA (in addition to the SPA in hotel), which is connected through a "bridge" on the 3rd floor, so you can directly go there without living the building. Besides medical SPA, you can also access (for free as a hotel guest) 25m indoor swimming pool, which can help if the weather is bad.
The reception is helpful and was able to solve at least part of the issues.

It's an excellent hotel in Albena, Bulgaria (EU). Everything was fantastic. My family (wife and grandchildren) would select it again the following time we went to Albena. It has a lovely setting, excellent service, and pleasant staff—a great value for money. There is a fantastic beach and pools. The restaurant and bars are first-class. The food and beverages were outstanding. The room was comfy. The resort is really easy to access. And it is very secure. I suggest it. Thank you!

Albena is expensive compared to othe beach resorts in Bulgaria, but we knew about this and came because it has probably one of the best beaches in Bulgaria.
Apart from the hotel, we had meals in the Kaliopa Restaurant and the Nomad Beach Club. Both were very good.

We were charmed by the tranquility of the city.
We were charmed by the tranquility of the city. Linden flowers were blooming, so the perfume was everywhere in the air. The gentle, kind, helpful locals make us feel absolutely safe, even late in the evening. The cleanliness of the city is admirable. Finding a place to eat something consistent (not the a la carte mumbo-jumbo) proved to be a real challenge, we had to drive to the nearby city of Baltchik one night just for that.

The staff was so helpfull and friendly and the location superb, a beautiful sandy beach and on the other side surrounded by lovely nature and wildlife. A very quiet environment which we loved. Aftef a few small problems the kind manager gave us a free upgrade so we could stay at the newer part of the hotel in a wonderful suite, very luxurous and stunning view!
It is the 5th time we come to Maritim and we come for the quiet relaxed everything. Beach is perfect, not crowded, clean, clean nice water, great staff. Breakfast very diverse and good. Rooms are always nice, this year we received an upgrade instead of a double we received a studio with sea view which is the best.
The hotel was really nice. All staff so helpful and friendly.
Room was clean and tidy. Balcony view outstanding.
Most of the time we spent on the beach. So beautiful. Long walks. Water and beach super clean.
