A fully Furnished 2 - Bedroom Apartment, on 3rd floor with a Rooftop View! It is perfect place for Business Travelers, Family, Couple or Friends. Can accomodate up to 4 people. This Appartment is located in Ixelles. The area has near nice Bars and Restaurants. Supermarket is less than few minutes away. Walking distance from Place Flagey also near Ixelles Hospital. It is easy to commute with the public transportation. Close to the City Center Grand Place +- 20 mins. with Bus 95,38 or 71 & Tram 81. NOTE: THE FLAT IS LOCATED ON 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR.

Agreable appartement au 3e etage avec 2 chambres, disposant d'une terasse avec vue sur Bruxelles. L'appartement offre toutes les commodités : wifi et tv, netflix, machine a laver et seche linge, cuisine full equipee, ventilateurs, espaces de rangement, planche et fer a repasser.. Convient autant pour les cours que les longs sejours jusqu'a maximum 4 personnes - business, voyageurs, familles, amis. Draps et essuies disponibles sur place Les chambres sont equipées d'un lit king size et un lit queen size. Une des chambres donne directement sur la grande terrasse. Proche de toutes les commodites - supermarchés, bus, tram et metro, proche de la Commission Europeenne et du centre ville a +- 20 minutes (bus 38, 71 et 95) dans un quartier tres prisés des touristes et expatriés. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants a proximité. Pas d animaux permis. Le calme doit etre respecté entre 22h et 8h. Les fetes ne sont pas autorisees. LOCKBOX CHECK IN: Check in Instructions will be send 3 days before your arrival. Our Check in time is 3pm From 3pm up check in is flexible on your convenient time. PARKING: You can easily find a parking spot during the day in the street where the flat is located. You can park for free 2 hours only by putting a disk . After 2 hours you need to pay for cost of 2 euro per hour. You can also park the street beside the location also cost 2 euro per hour.
