Colourful rooms on the 2nd floor at a good price with basic facilities, bathroom/toilet is on the ground floor (so stairs!), towels or linen are not included, because this is a service and falls under the VAT obligation, so it cant be offered. Ideal for backpacker and young travelers. Ask me to get a better deal! Every now and then a little cat comes to say hello to you, to make you feel welcome, but she is not allowed on the floor where guests stay. Please keep in mind that this is a homestay and I am not home all the time, so it is better to contact me in advance and verify whether the check-in hour is feasible for both of you. That is why I have set the check-in hour very strictly, but this is very variable, sometimes I am home between 5 am and 8 am, other days it is different... if you are flexible in terms of check-in, it is certainly ok and we will find the best solution together. best check-in time. Please ask before you book! Longer and shorter stays are possible at better prices, please contact me ingemind at ya hoo. co m
I am a traveler myself and I think it is important to feel safe, to have a good bed and a hot shower. Better to have a good base and not too expensive than pay a lot for a towel or breakfast. Everyone also has their own taste. The bathroom and toilet are 2 floors away from the room, keep this in mind when you book, I think less convenient for older travelers! I can give many tips about the many beautiful places in and around Ghent. Every day should be a journey. I also love photography, you will definitely notice that when you come into my house
market on Sunday, restaurants in all price categories nearby, from a tasty cheap pitta to a super tasty quality restaurant: Taloor dor, everything within 100m distance. NOT in the center of Ghent, but on the outskirts. Check google so you know where you are going :)
