Beautiful city to walk around with so much to see. Museums, stores, churches, Christmas markets, restaurants- all were great. An expensive place to eat so look for restaurants off the main squares for lower prices.

Bruges is a must see city when visiting Europe.
Bruges is a must see city when visiting Europe. The larger capital cities seem like the default destination for most foreign travelors. But there is so much to see in some of the smaller cities and often the history and culture is preserved. Go to Bruges and get a feel for what life was like in the Middle Ages.

One of our highlights was a walking tour with Ambassador tours. Gosia was our guide and one of the most fun, interesting and informative guides we have ever had. It was amazing. We also recommend a brewery tour with Halve Maan. The Choco museum was wonderful. (Would not recommend the fries museum). Canal boat cruise, wonderful. Just to walk around and see the city is a delight.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Bruges
Room was very clean and well presented with all that you would need for a short or longer break. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and of a high quality.
The hotels location is perfect in the heart of Brugge. We used the hotels underground car park (30 euro per night) Its not cheap but then its the rate you pay for city centre parking.
The hotel staff was really courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the center of the old town. Only 10 minute walk from the Belfry of Bruges which we could see from our hotel window. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere and medieval decoration.
10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, cheap parking nearby (much cheaper than others in Brugge and it's just below the hotel). I can recommend it easily. It is good for couples or small groups of friends for 1-2 nights.
