Villa Juwel St. Michael /Lungau (Salzburg region) is located just 120 m from Petersbründl Ski Lift (a FIS ski slope) with views over the valley and the surrounding ski mountains Speiereck and Aineck. The Villa has 5 large double bedrooms, each one has its own en suite bathroom, terraces as well as a nice private garden. Ideal for hiking, reading outside, garden barbecue with the family etc.. The Villa is always only rented to one party of guests and all areas are private and unshared. The village with restaurants, malls and shopping centres is in comfortable walking distance (15 minutes comfortable flat walking with little traffic). The groundfloor of about 120 m2 has a Master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, long bathtub, toilet etc.), a Sauna for up to 7 persons at a time with shower area, very large living room / open kitchen are with a 3 sided visible fireplace, a table for up to 10 persons and large comfortable sofa with a large TV. The living room area has outside verandas to the east and to the south for wonderful breakfast, lunch or dining experiences. A very warm skiboot room is perfect for drying your Wintersport gear. The upstairs floor has up to 4 comfortable double bed sleeping rooms, each with balconies and en suite bathrooms. All rooms have independent floor heating. All sleeping rooms of the villa have the same extra large beds (2,20m long, 2 m wide), satellite TV, the whole house has free unlimited WIFI. You have the choice between 5 different close ski areas (Speiereck, St. Margarethen, Katschberg, Obertauern, all with one skipass, Flachau with a separate Ski Pass ) all between 9 minutes and 30 minutes by car and are not bound to one area. The skipasses and restaurant prices are considerably fairer than in the more known Ski areas close by.

The Skibus to all major local ski areas leaves about 120 m away from the Villa if you want to leave your car at home. Parking for 4 cars on the property. Very safe and quiet neigborhood. The ski bus to the local major skiing areas (Katschberg, St. Margarethen, Speiereck) is in close walking distance.
