We absolutely loved staying at Schaferhutte! From waking up in the morning surrounded by the Austrian Alps to watching the moonrise over the mountains in the evenings to hiking and driving through the mountains were the best part of staying here.

We had a great time in the apartment, the location is amazing, the village center, spa and ski lifts are within walking distance. The house is in a very calm area, the kids enjoyed relaxing in the garden or on the terrace in front of the house. The owners are very nice and helpful. The two rooms were just perfect for our family, the kitchenette was superbly equipped with everything we needed. Free parking right in front of the house. Will love to be back again!

Strongly recommended. We had a great time staying here. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. It's located in a charming village surrounded by an amazing view, relatively close to a train to Salzburg (it makes it much easier to have a car here to move around). Hannelore, the hostesses, was so warm, kind and helpful, she made the stay very easy and pleasant.
The location is great: just a few minutes walk to the street that leads to old town but on a quiet street. Villas are very comfortable: enough space, very clean, AC, comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, tasty food, and great service.
A beautiful, nice decorated room with spacious bathroom and luxurious bath products. The coffee machine and the capsules were a nice touch. The double bed was very big and comfortable. The fusion restaurant in the ground floor of the building is very good but it serves food only until 9 or 10 o’clock, depending on the day. Opposite the villa is the Salzburg zoo.

We loved views from the room and terrace, whole apartment has a luxury feeling, wooden floors, fully equiped kitchen and amazing bed. Sauna was amazing, totally loved the loxone system for turning sauna on/off, changing lights and music. Host were very nice, helped us get in earlier than check in, solved only problem we had in few hours and gave us beautiful gift in the end. Really recommend for peaceful holiday in beautiful Austrian village.
