The place is surrounded by a garden, a private parking place, and it is 2 minutes walk by the main river of Bistrica, 5 minutes walk by the sea, 1 minute away from the main bus stop that connects with the center of the city, Butrinti national park, Ksamili beaches, etc. The area is super clean. This building has been built in autumn 2020, which means all facilities are new and never used before. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly people.
The property has two hosts: Naim & Lola (they both speak only Albanian). For English guests, their daughter Atika will help via messages or calls via her WhatsApp. The hosts are very welcoming, they have traveled quite a lot abroad and the most important thing for them is to make their guests have an unforgettable experience.
Just in front of the building is located a traditional Albanian restaurant and another coffee place. On the left of the building is the bus stop, which can take you to the city center (20 min drive), Ksamili beaches (15 min drive) or the National Park of Butrint (ancient city; 20 min drive). There are 2 beaches very close: 'Gjiri i Midhjes' near Bahamas Hotel (5 minutes by walk) and another beach 'Dodona' where it connects the river of Bistrica and the sea (8 min by walk).
