The beach is just a stone's throw away, less than a minute's walk from the house, as it's located at the first row, ensuring easy access to the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. Step onto the spacious balcony shaded by pine trees, where you can enjoy meals while taking in the tranquil ambiance. Additionally, our beach house boasts a large yard, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation under the Mediterranean sun. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a home cinema (stereo and blue ray system) for your entertainment. The lovely kitchen features all the facilities to cook a nice meal, including an oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, and Lavazza espresso machine for your enjoyment. Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, where a comfortable bed awaits. The matrimonial room has a queen-size bed where you can enjoy the sea at your own comfort, while the other bedroom offers two separate beds with a view of the pine trees.
