We really couldn’t of asked for anything more, we arrived late (early hours in the morning), and the key was left on the desk for us to let ourselves into our room. We were given the choice of which room we’d like to stay in too. Breakfast was amazing, we were even treated to extra fruit! We were helped out with booking a boat tour, and the owner even got us some dinner before we caught our night bus, as we were going to be short on time to have a shower and get food after our tour. We cannot recommend this hostel enough in Halong!

The location was great. Quiet, safe and some bars and cafés all a short walk away. The staff was just great. I mean really great from before I even reached the country.
Loved everything, food was brilliant, service was fantastic. Tina was fantastic and made sure that we were well looked after and had everything we needed. The cruise manager Bruce was great, checked in regularly with guests and made sure the trip ran safely and smoothly. Accommodation was great, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thoroughly recommend Dora Cruises for anyone wanting to see the Ha Long Bay Area
Nice hostel in a great location. I booked it for the swimming pool but it was closed after 9 pm. So if you're late checking in you might consider other options. But the room, the breakfast and all other staff was quite good. The administrator helped me a lot, he was very friendly and kind.
I will recommend it to my friends if they visit Halong, one of the best hostels ever, with two bathrooms and a Balcony. also, there is a sofa in the middle, big enough for all, also the hostel offers nice food at a good price :) The staff are super helpful, with good English and they helped to book bus tickets, appreciate a lot
Great location. Although not so close to the beach - it is still within some walking distance but the neighbourhood is quiet, safe, short distance to restaurants and the cable car. Due to the low season our room was upgraded to a better view - full sea view (and the cable car). The hotel is new, tidy, staff are helpful. Breakfast is not super great to our taste, but you won't go away hungry, even got pho in the menu. Some nice coffee shops are also around.
Amazing value for money, the best hostel we have stayed in so far! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we couldn’t of asked for anything more. Thank you !
