Breakfast was fab. Standard buffet with an added choice of two items, perfect for us. The staff were amazing...so friendly and welcoming!! Definitely go there!!

The owner's willingness to go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable is truly commendable. Offering lifts to the beach and restaurants was a fantastic convenience, making exploring the beautiful surroundings effortless. The breakfast served here was a delightful surprise. Fresh fruits galore, alongside a delicious spread, provided a perfect start to each day. It's evident that attention to detail and guest satisfaction are top priorities at East Sandbank. The seaside location was idyllic, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the stunning views. Clean and well-maintained, the apartment provided a comfortable retreat after a day of adventures. I can wholeheartedly recommend East Sandbank Apartment to anyone seeking a tranquil seaside escape with a gracious host. I'm already looking forward to returning to this wonderful place. The fact that it is near the beach was a plus for me. Also the staff were amazing. Had chats with them about Mombasa. Interesting fellows. The place is ideal for solo travelers.

Sanaa Hostel is located on the beachfront in Zanzibar City, 400 metres from Stone Town Beach and 500 metres from Peace Memorial Museum. I liked my long stay in Sanaa. I felt I was taken care of, and the host family made sure I feel comfortable. I stayed for more than a week, and I even had a few remote working days from the hostel. The host let me and my roommate to work from one of their unoccupied apartment with a big living room. There was Wifi, and despite a few laggy periods, it worked great. The location is excellent, only a few mins walk from the ocean, and from little shops. As my roommate was feeling uncomfortable about possibly having any men in our 6-bed room, the host ensured us, that if needed, he can provide a private room for my roommate. Overall a great experience. I definitely suggest for anyone who'd like to have human connections in a familiar and welcoming place in Stonetown.

Situated in Zanzibar City, 300 metres from Stone Town Beach, Stone Town House offers rooms with air conditioning. Everything was perfect. We booked the room with shared bathroom, but in our surprise we we we're upgrated for free to private bathroom. Thanks stuff.

Located in Paje and within 100 metres of Paje Beach, Villa Upendo Paje features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. We felt TOTALLY at home! Extended our stay for a further 2 nights! Extremely reluctant to check out! We were all up in tears when we left, as we were like family! All thanks to our fabulous hostess Maria, not forgetting Joseph and Kimu. Professional, efficient and so warm and kind! Loved the decor, ambiance and delicious dishes cooked by Maria! Fantastic location as it was less than 5 min walk to the beautiful beach and not far from the cbd. We would definitely recommend anyone to check in already! We will be back Maria and crew. Asante sana! Thank you soooo much for an absolutely wonderful stay!!!!
