Bayhouse Comfortel Hualien Hostel offers simple and affordable accommodation in Hualien City. Free WiFi can be enjoyed throughout the property. Real nice host. Arranged a quick inexpensive upgrade for a better room. Location is close to the train station. There is a walking trail behind the huge temple nearby in 10 mins walk. The trail is hilly. Got a good work out after two hours.

Situated in Hualien City, 123 Cheers Hostel features a garden. This 3-star hostel features free WiFi and a terrace. Pine Garden is 2.6 km away from the hostel. The location is convenient and quiet. What really sets this place apart is the host- I felt like I had so much help and I was never alone when trying to figure out what to do during my stay there. Great guy!

Super friendly staff, spacious room with nice big windows, great location in walking distance to the sea and the night market, also just 2 minutes away from bus stations. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Everything is so well-designed and thought-out, and the owners clearly haven’t skimped on anything. Everything is super high quality and when you need something, you’ll happen to find it immediately. Probably the most beautiful interior design in the 50-odd hostels I’ve stayed at before, too. Cool staff and friends of staff and owner, too.

After booking, please proactively contact us to inform us of your arrival time on the day of check-in. Our check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM in the evening. At walking distance from the train station, this spotless hotel offers clean rooms with all the amenities and free coffee and tea in the stylish common area. The staff was extremely helpful and smiley. Speaking excellent English, they gave us information for an excellent restaurant (best dumplings in Taiwan) and they helped us rent a scooter ( the best way to visit Taroko Gorge and the Qingshui cliffs) from a nearby shop.
