Jure, our host, made an amazing dinner for us and Paula made an amazing breakfast the next morning. (Dinner and breakfast are not included in the price of the room). The hostel also has a fully stocked bar so we were able to enjoy a cold beer after a long, hot day.

We were very satisfied with accommodation and hospitality of our hosts.

Hostel Xaxid is a restored Istrian house in a peaceful countryside location in Zazid, 20 km from Koper. It offers free WiFi, a fully equipped private kitchens, and a shared terrace. Free private parking is provided on site. The place is a bit difficut to find/reach, but once you are there the environment compensates you. Dusan and his wife are wonderful and friendly people. The hostel is not luxurious, however the price/value ratio is perfect. The village is far from the busy cities, is very quiet, however should you decide to go to a restaurant you may find it within 7 kms. Alltogether I definitely recommend both the place and the owners.

Hostel Villa Domus offers air-conditioned accommodation in Koper, just 450 metres from the city centre and 1 km from the nearest beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The room was big, with a lot of light and a nice city view. It has all the amenities for a short stay: a kitchenette with an electric kettle, small fridge, some dishes to cook and eat from, necessary furniture to store your things, and even a clothes drying rack. It's a walkable distance from a train/bus station, and some 10-15 minutes from the city beach. The guys at the reception were very friendly, they shared the information about the city and good recommendations for the restaurants, and made me feel really welcome. There is a bistro in the hostel where you can get a breakfast and/or lunch, and Spar supermarket just around the corner.

Very friendly and polite owner, she accommodated us even late in the evening and answered all our questions about Slovenian road trips. Also room was clean and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were stuffed well, a lot of space and beautiful terrace.

Very nice hotel in a calm place with beautiful panoramatic view over the bay and the city, exceptional breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and big rooms, beautiful garden, simply unforgettable!

An on-site bar features a personal computer that guests can use for free. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Clean and modern room, feels very comfortable. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in. Central location, easily walking distance to the beach, restaurant, grocery store.
