Hostel was pleasant and air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy and room was nice (slightly over equipped for a solo traveller as it was a private room with 4 beds!)
Facilities on every floor seemed clean and no issues with overcrowding/waiting!
Because property was halfway between Piran and Portoroz (with Strunjan close by too) it was excellent for going exploring, and there was always a simple route back!

Great location in old town, excellent facilities, lovely friendly host. If you don't mind sharing the bathroom, this is a perfect cheap place to stay in this gorgeous town.
The hosts were the most lovely people! We felt really welcome and safe. My friend and I were able to go swimming together for the first time on our trip since we could leave our valuables in safe hands at Hostel Alieti. The location was ideal as well: it is 2 mins from the sea and only a short bus journey from Piran.
