We liked the kindness of the hostess very much We got the impression that every detail in this hostel has been thought out and designed with great care and elegance. If we - four pensioners - had any prejudices against hostels, staying in Uppsala dispelled them.

Brilliant stay at this beautiful vandrarhem! Beautiful area with easy access from the train station (just 10 minutes walk). Beautiful old fashioned house. Great value for money. Before I went I read a few reviews that claimed the place seemed run-down. This is a ridiculous statement, it's a old heritage building so obviously not brand new inside or out, but nicely painted, comfortable beds and good facilities. Cannot wait to come back again!

Situated only 50 metres from Uppsala Central Station, this centrally located 24-hour hostel offers free WiFi access and a shared kitchen. Very good location and the whole place was nice and clean! The staff was also very friendly.

This hotel is a 15-minute walk from Uppsala Central Station and the Concert & Congress Hall. Calm neighborhood, decent price and not far from central station and city center (10-12 min walking distance). Some restaurants (Thai and Indian) can be found nearby.
