The property really exceeded our expectations. From looking at the photos online we just expected a nice and clean room to spend the first nights on the Azores. But it turns out they also had a beautiful garden, organized a great breakfast every morning with other people and scheduled some tours. The room was also bigger than expected (although our host told as at arrival that we had the biggest room, so that was maybe just luck.) with nice furniture and a very comfortable bed. Strongly recommended! :)

Manager Tiago was on site and responsive to all out requests and needs. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils, etc. Bathrooms were spotless. Great shower. Will definitely be going back.

Casa Portuguesa - Charming House dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y bar en Ponta Delgada. Un palacete encantador en el centro de Punta Delgada. Tranquilidad absoluta en un entorno inigualable. Los jardines, terrazas y zona de piscina nos permitieron relajarnos y disfrutar de la casa después de cada excursión. El desayuno, completo y variado, lo mejor del día. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto. Maravillosa experiencia.

Sky PDL está en Ponta Delgada, a 13 km de Pico do Carvao, y dispone de alojamiento con aire acondicionado y salón de uso común. Amazing views both for the sea and the hills. Very clean and modern rooms, and especially: quiet ones. We were afraid as it was called a "hostel" but it is very private, and the "hostel" part is the community kitchen, which actually had an amazing effect on the community. We really enjoyed staying. We could shade the room properly, and the bed is an actual queen bed. Staff was amazingly kind, speaking proper English. I highly recommend for everyone if you are looking for a peaceful stay in Ponta Delgada.

Azores Inn - Family Suites está en Ponta Delgada, a 24 km de Lago de las Siete Ciudades y a 25 km de Lagoa Verde. Todo en si era un 10! La ubicación inmejorable, el alojamiento muy amplio, con terraza (teníamos el de arriba, eso si, sin ascensor) y nos lo limpiaban a diario. Y los dueños tuvieron un detalle muy bonito :) cuando vuelva a las Azores tengo claro donde me volveré a hospedar . Gracias!!

The location in Old Town was excellent! I loved having a private room ensuite with the shared kitchen and living spaces. The balcony was a nice space to have a glass of wine and relax. The entire hostel was spotless and well appointed. The shower was hot with good pressure. Free street parking or nearby lot parking was available. The host was friendly and responded to all inquiries quickly, even walked my husband to the nearest market for sundries on our first day.
