Located 1 block from the seafront in Bocas del Toro, Spanish by the Sea – Bocas offers a communal kitchen and dining area, a garden, a space with lots hammocks and accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The hostel is also a school for teaching spanish. The staff and owner were really helpful, and they organized daily tours! The dorm I stayed in was female and only 4 beds. I pretty much had the dorm all to myself the whole time. It's not a party hard hostel and it was exactly what I needed. The wifi was fast and I had lots of work done. The location is great, not far from everything we needed. The facility was good, everything was very clean!

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and nice! Thank you guys for a great short vacation! We wish would've stayed longer! Two nights were definitely not enough!
