Bambuda Castle is a hostel located in Boquete, a small town in Panamas coffee region. The property features a bar, swimming pool and a hot tub. The views are absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool and jacuzzi area was lovely. My dorm room had a double bed in it that I managed to get, and it was so quiet and comfy. Perfect for travellers who want to relax and have peace. You can walk 35 mins to town or pay about five dollars for a taxi - it's not an issue at all! My transfer and tours stopped at the hostel anyway.

We can definitely recommend this hostel for families with children. We liked absolutely everything: the pool deep enough for jumping, the basket ground, the sitting area, the rooms and bathrooms. And especially the totally friendly hosts - when they saw us hanging cloths to dry, they offered drying machine and washing machine.. And it is in walking distance from the bus station even with 5 to 11 year olds. Very close to shopping malls.

Quite easy to go from here to boquete, only 40-50 min by bus so definitely duable as a daytrip. Also the restaurants around this place are really cheap.
